By purchasing from our shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About Us

Ro & Zo is a small business based in Pittsburgh, PA, creating custom and small-batch glass cups, Weck jars, and seasonal drinkware designed to help you enjoy your slow moments.

2. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

We accept a wide range of payment including major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only. Ro & Zo is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

4. Custom Products

All Ro & Zo cups and jars are made-to-order.

Because of their personalized nature, custom and made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Please review your personalization details carefully before submitting your order.

5. Returns, Refunds & Damages

We do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at [your business email] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, misuse, or damage from dishwashers if labeled “hand wash only”) is not covered.

6. Product Use & Care

Unless otherwise stated, our glass cups and jars are recommended for hand wash only.

Ro & Zo is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, such as dishwasher or microwave use if not labeled safe.

By purchasing, you agree to follow product care instructions provided.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs sold through Ro & Zo are either original creations by Ro & Zo or used with full permission/licensing from the original artist or creator.

Customers may not copy, reproduce, or resell our products or the licensed artwork without written consent from Ro & Zo or the original artist.

The Ro & Zo name, logo, product photography, and brand content are the property of Ro & Zo and may not be used without permission.\

8. Limitation of Liability

Ro & Zo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Our products are intended for personal use only.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, USA. Any disputes shall be handled under local jurisdiction.

Return/Refund Policy:

At Ro & Zo, each cup and jar is carefully customized with unique designs. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or refunds at this time.


Damaged or Defective Items

While we don’t accept returns, we want you to be happy with your order! If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll review your claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Important Notes

All sales are final. Please double-check your order details before checkout.

Normal wear and tear, fading, scratches, or damage from improper care (such as dishwasher or microwave) are not covered.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced.

At Ro & Zo, we do our best to get your order into your hands as quickly as possible while ensuring each cup or jar is packaged with care.


Processing Times

Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

During high-volume seasons (holidays, launches, or sales), processing times may be slightly longer.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

  • We currently ship within the United States. 

  • Delivery times vary depending on the carrier but usually range from 5-7 business days after dispatch.  But please allow up to 7–10 business days for delivery, especially during peak seasons.

  • Shipping estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Ro & Zo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package appears to be lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced.
