Do you accept returns or refunds?

At this time, all sales are final. Because our cups are customized, we do not accept returns or refunds. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can make it right.


How long does shipping take?

Orders usually ship within 3–7 business days. USPS delivery typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped, though delays can happen during busy seasons. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.


Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Right now, we ship within the United States. We hope to expand to Canada in the future!


What if my package is lost or delayed?

Once your package leaves our hands, USPS is responsible for delivery. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number. We’re always happy to help guide you through the process.


What if my cup arrives damaged?

We do our best to package every order carefully, but if your item arrives damaged, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the cup and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.


How should I care for my cup?

To keep your design looking its best, we recommend hand washing only. Do not microwave. Dishwasher use may cause fading or peeling and is not covered under damage claims.


Do you create your own designs?

Some designs are original Ro & Zo creations, while others are licensed from talented independent artists we love to support. Either way, every cup is unique to our shop.


Shipping:

We ship all orders with care in padded boxes to keep your glassware safe on its journey. Because our cups are heavier and fragile, we charge a simple flat rate of $9.95 anywhere in the U.S. — no guessing games at checkout.
